In the process, all retail and service processes were integrated into SAP Retail and various other systems were linked with each other. In order to map this complex structure of the former system landscape with over 200 interfaces and many applications beyond the retail area to a single system, various other SAP applications such as SAP CAR, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP HR and other non-SAP systems were integrated into SAP Retail.
