Louis Stemmet

Country Manager / retailsolutions South Africa

Louis Stemmet is the country manager for our office in South Africa. In this role he is responsible for the management and growth of the South African operations as well as the delivery of projects in the region. Louis is also still an experienced F&R Solutions architect who will often assume this role on customer projects.

After completing his Industrial Engineering studies at the University of Stellenbosch, Louis spent 8 years working on SAP supply chain planning projects at manufacturers in South East Asia, Australia and Europe, before returning to South Africa and turning his focus to retail. For the past 18 years he has been a passionate SAP F&R Solutions Architect and trusted advisor to customers in South Africa, Europe and Canada. In 2021 this passion for retail planning culminated in him obtaining a PhD in Industrial Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch for research into the organisational impact of advanced planning systems in retail.
